Community Navigators from Citizens Advice are available in the Hub every Tuesday from 10am-12.30pm and 1-3pm.
They can offer a free and confidential consultation to help you find support for issues including:

  • Family issues
  • Immigration

Financial Inclusion service

Foodbank clients have the opportunity to meet with a CA advisor who can help maximize income by looking at issues they may have with the benefits system or debt. It is appointment only.

HOST officer – Every Tuesday 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
Deals with enquiries such as looking to prevent homelessness and making decisions around homelessness.

They also provide information on Trafford Homechoice and offer housing advice by providing a range of options available or signposting to relevant agencies to meet the customers need.
